Frontline, south facing apartment overlooking the Mediterranean, with mountain views.  Comfortably furnished and with a fully fitted kitchen.  There is a large terrace area for relaxing or entertaining.  The apartment is located directly in front of Burriana Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions.  The bathroom has a bath with shower over, and WC.  Fully Fitted Kitchen including hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.  The lounge is furnished with two 2 seater settees and a coffee table.  Dining area with dining table and 4 chairs.  English satellite TV and a DVD player are installed.  There is a ceiling fan and heaters are provided during winter months.  The terrace has a patio table for alfresco dining, 6 chairs and 2 sunloungers all with cushions and a wind-out sun blind at the sitting room end of the balcony.  Towels and linen are supplied.  You only need beach towels.  Linen changed mid holiday or weekly for all stays over 7 days! The property is all on 1 level, and is suitable for children, the elderly or those with walking difficulties.  The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessed from a private entrance at the side of the building with a few steps.  A cot is available upon request.
